Indus Learning Channel

Indus Learning Channel is a unique app for conducting assessments before and after trainings. Pre-training assessments can be taken on the mobile, with the objective of knowing how much the trainees knows about certain fundamentals skills in order to perform their jobs efficiently. Post-training assessments are conducted after the employees have undergone the training, post which they are asked the same questions as the pre-training. A comparison is made after this, to analyze the extent of the success of the training programme, in terms of coverage of concepts as well as successful, on-field implementation of those concepts by the trainees.

Indus Learning Channel adalah aplikasi unik untuk melakukan penilaian sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Penilaian pra-pelatihan dapat diambil pada ponsel, dengan tujuan mengetahui berapa banyak peserta tahu tentang keterampilan dasar tertentu untuk melakukan pekerjaan mereka secara efisien. Penilaian pasca-pelatihan dilakukan setelah karyawan telah menjalani pelatihan, posting yang mereka diminta pertanyaan yang sama sebagai pra-pelatihan. Sebuah perbandingan dibuat setelah ini, untuk menganalisis sejauh mana keberhasilan program pelatihan, dalam hal cakupan konsep serta sukses, pelaksanaan di lapangan dari konsep-konsep oleh peserta pelatihan.
